Even after filling a clean reservoir with new or reconditioned oil, contamination remains in the system components such as pumps, valves, piping, cylinders, bearings or gears. To remove this contamination, we attach auxiliary filtration to a system while it is in operation or during scheduled downtime.

Our service includes the necessary filtration to meet the OEM cleanliness target for the tightest tolerance application in the selected system. Carts are available with flow rates from 8 GPM up to 2000 GPM.

Our high flow rate cart creates turbulent flows in piping for oil flushing and efficiently removes particulate contamination to levels as low as 12/10/9. 

Through the use of in-line laser/optical particle counters on our equipment, the cleanliness level of your fluid is continuously monitored.
