Our Services: On-Site Lubricant Reconditioning Service

One goal through THE PETROLINK SOLUTION is to reduce your lubricant and disposal costs.  Our first priority is to increase the uptime and efficiency of your equipment.  By doing so we will reduce your lubricant usage in the plant.

However, the situation will occur when you will have the opportunity to recondition a contaminated fluid versus disposal and subsequent purchase of new oil.

Through our on-site service, contaminated oils are reconditioned to meet your cleanliness specifications for each product and component applications (pumps, valves, bearings, etc.) for a variety of lubrication systems in your plant including; turbine, hydraulic, gear and quench to name a few.

The first step in the development of your lubricant reconditioning program is to test all oils in question at an independent laboratory. We also will analyze the corresponding new oils for reference. We collect system information such as component type and operating conditions for each system in question. This information is used to establish the target cleanliness code for each product that is reconditioned.

Based on the volume in question and the type of job, storage options including tanks, totes, barrels, and tanker - transports are also provided by Petrolink USA.

On-site, quality control testing is conducted during each job to confirm your reconditioned fluid meets or exceeds the target  specification. Follow-up tests are conducted through independent labs to assure your specification is met. Our process utilizes vacuum dehydration for liquid and gas contamination removal, and filtration for solid contamination removal.

We do not add, alter, or remove additives through our process. While our competition’s goal may be to maximize the life of your oil through re-additizing, our goal is to maximize the life of your equipment. We believe that when oil reaches the end of its useful life, dispose of the off-spec oil and purchase new oil. Equipment failure and downtime can cost millions of dollars.

We guarantee the reconditioned oil will meet the OEM cleanliness target for the tightest tolerance component application for the system(s) in question or there will be no charge for that given job. Our service is available to you 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, without hassle and liability.

Lubricants: ISO 32 - ISO 460 : Hydraulic, Gear, Turbine, Cutting, Quench, Compressor, Engine (Gas Transmission), Heat Transfer.
